Your clubhouse shows what's on today
A screen at the entrance, behind the bar or in the gym shows classes, training times, opening hours and sponsors, plus the weather and official warnings for your grounds. Members and guests can play along on their phones, and your sponsors get a spot people actually look at.
Plenty going on, little time for notices
Something changes at a club or gym every day. The six o'clock class moves rooms, the sauna opens later, Saturday's home game needs a crowd, and the new sponsor wants to be seen. Most of it ends up on a pinboard nobody reads any more, or gets lost in a messenger group.
At the same time, your clubhouse is where members already wait: before training, after the match, at the bar between sessions. Parents stand at the door during kids' gym, class regulars arrive ten minutes early. Those minutes are valuable, for you and for everyone who supports your club. A sponsor shown there is seen by people who keep coming back, week after week.
A schaupunkt screen puts those moments to work. It shows today's class schedule, opening hours for gym, sauna and clubhouse, your offers such as a trial week or the holiday camp, and in between the weather and official warnings for your grounds. Sponsors rotate in with a fixed, visible slot. You manage it from the app on your phone, and most of it runs by itself. See all features
What it looks like at your place
At the entrance before training
Members walk in with their kit bags and see at a glance which class runs in which room. One look is enough, nobody has to ask at the desk.
The coach updates it from her phone
The evening class moves to the main hall. The coach taps it into the app and seconds later it is on the screen at the bar. No paper note, no phone tree.
In the evening after the match
The team sits in the clubhouse as dusk falls outside. Two guests play against each other on the bright screen using their phones, with the club's sponsors rotating in between rounds.

A day on the clubhouse screen
- 7:30 am: The back class starts. The schedule is at the entrance, next to today's weather.
- 12 noon: Lunch break at the gym: the trial-week offer runs with a QR code, and two guests scan it right away.
- 4 pm: Kids' gym. Parents wait, one child plays on the screen with a phone, and the local sponsor rotates in between rounds.
- 6 pm: An official thunderstorm warning appears with its timestamp. The coach moves training indoors and updates the app.
- 9 pm: After training in the clubhouse: Saturday's home game is announced, with the club's sponsors in between.
Sponsors and ads that pay their way
In sport, advertising is familiar ground. Besides your club sponsors, the screen reaches businesses that want to talk to exactly your members: the sports shop, a physiotherapy practice, the bakery on the way home, the local bank or car dealer. You approve every design yourself and can exclude competitors. You decide whether ads run and which ones.
When ads from local businesses run, you share in the revenue. Depending on the location, that covers the screen in full or in part, and your sponsors get a slot they can see evidence for. How the host model works is explained under Earn with your window. Businesses that want to advertise with you can go to Book advertising.
Proven, not promised
Every impression is logged with time and screen, so a sponsor can see in black and white when and where their design ran. More than 80,000 impressions have been logged this way since 12 September 2026.
If you like, a small sensor on the screen counts anonymously how many people and vehicles pass by, per hour and direction. It recognises nobody and stores no images. The counts become media data for your location that help you convince sponsors and advertisers. The add-on costs an extra €15 a month. More under Sensors.
Frequently asked questions
The screen programme for your existing screen starts at €12 a month, the complete package with device at €47 a month. Visitor counting is an extra €15 a month. All prices net. With ads from local businesses, the screen can pay for itself in full or in part, depending on the location.
Yes. You upload sponsor designs in the app and set how often and when they run. Every impression is logged.
You keep classes and training times on the platform and the screen shows them with time and room. A change is visible within seconds.
Show results as team results. Names and individual performance figures of children and teenagers belong on a screen everyone can see only with consent. That keeps you on the safe side.
Alcohol advertising is possible within youth protection rules. With scheduling you can place it in the evening hours, for example, when no children's training is on.
A QR code appears on the screen. The phone camera opens the game in the browser, with no app and no sign-up. There are five games to choose from, and the screen responds in about 530 milliseconds.
In most cases, yes. A photo is enough for us to check it. The player drives screens of any size, including large formats for the clubhouse.
A screen, power and internet; Wi-Fi is enough. Updates arrive over the network, and if anything hangs, the player restarts by itself.
All content is designed to work without sound, so it also fits in the gym and class areas.
Yes. Each screen gets its own pages, for example the schedule in the gym and sponsors in the clubhouse. Screens side by side can even be joined into one Pong playing field.
