Your foyer shows programme, entry and sponsors
A screen in the foyer, at the box office or at the entrance of your venue shows tonight's programme, last tickets, box office and cloakroom hours and your sponsors in rotation, plus weather and official warnings for anything happening outdoors.
Many guests, many questions, little time
On an event night, guests keep asking the same questions: when do doors open, when does the headliner start, are there tickets left, until when is the cloakroom open? Staff at the box office and entrance answer them while the queue grows. Trade fairs and conferences are similar, only with more halls, more talks and more exhibitors.
At the same time, sponsors and partners want to be seen. A banner hangs for one evening, a slide runs before the show. Afterwards nobody knows exactly when and how often a logo was really visible. And when a storm rolls in, the crowd at the open-air stage is often the last to know.
A schaupunkt screen in the foyer, box office area or entrance shows today's programme with time and stage, upcoming events with a QR code to buy tickets, last tickets and combo deals, the opening hours of box office, advance sales and cloakroom, and your sponsors in between. Official warnings from the German Weather Service appear as soon as they apply. Your team manages everything in the app, right up to doors opening. Every sponsor impression is logged with time and screen. See all features
What it looks like at your place
Just before doors open
The first guests wait in the foyer. The screen shows doors, support act and headliner with times, and the evening's main sponsor rotates in between.
The team updates it by phone
The last standing tickets go to the box office. The box office lead posts the offer in the app, and seconds later it is in the foyer with a QR code.
Exhibition hall in the evening
The fair day draws to a close as dusk falls outside. The bright screen at the entrance shows tomorrow's programme and a phone game for anyone waiting to be picked up.

An event day on the foyer screen
- 10 am: Advance sales open. The screen shows upcoming events with a QR code and the opening hours.
- 4 pm: The box office opens. Last tickets for tonight run with a QR code, alongside the early-bird summer offer.
- 5:30 pm: The queue at the door grows. Guests play on the screen with their phones, with sponsors between rounds.
- 7 pm: An official thunderstorm warning appears with its timestamp. Your team sees it at the same moment as the guests in the foyer.
- 9:15 pm: The aftershow party in the foyer begins. The screen shows the cloakroom hours and invites everyone to the next event.
Sponsors and partners who help pay
Sponsors are part of every event. Through the screen you also reach businesses that want to speak to exactly your audience: exhibitors and partners, restaurants and bars for afterwards, hotels for the night, the taxi company for the ride home. Advertising is clearly marked as such, you approve every design yourself and can exclude competitors. You decide whether ads run and which ones.
When ads from local businesses run, you share in the revenue. Depending on the location, that covers the screen in full or in part. How the host model works is explained under Earn with your screen. Businesses that want to advertise in your foyer can go to Book advertising.
Proof that sponsors value
Every impression is logged with time and screen. After the event you can show your sponsor exactly when and how often their design ran. More than 80,000 impressions have been logged this way since 12 September 2026.
If you like, a small sensor on the screen counts anonymously how many people and vehicles pass by, per hour and direction. It recognises nobody and stores no images. The counts become media data for your venue that convince sponsors and advertisers and show when the foyer is busiest. The add-on costs an extra €15 a month. More under Sensors.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, advertising is recognisable as such. Sponsor designs rotate with the programme and information and are clearly shown as partners or ads.
Somewhere clearly visible in the foyer, box office area or entrance. Rescue, safety and escape route signs always stay clear, and we make sure of that together with you during setup.
Yes. A change in the app reaches the screen within seconds, even five minutes before doors. With the remote control in the app you show what matters right now at the press of a button.
The screen programme for your existing screen starts at €12 a month, the complete package with device at €47 a month. Visitor counting is an extra €15 a month. All prices net. With sponsors and local advertising, the screen can pay for itself in full or in part, depending on the location.
Alcohol advertising is possible within youth protection rules. With scheduling you can place it at evening events for adults, for example.
A QR code appears on the screen. The phone camera opens the game in the browser, with no app and no sign-up. There are five games to choose from, and the screen responds in about 530 milliseconds.
Yes. Each screen gets its own pages, for example the programme in the foyer and last tickets at the box office. Screens side by side can even be joined into one Pong playing field.
In most cases, yes. A photo is enough for us to check it. The player drives screens of any size, including large formats for foyers and halls.
All content is designed to work without sound, so it works in a full, noisy foyer too.
A screen, power and internet; Wi-Fi is enough. Updates arrive over the network, and if anything hangs, the player restarts by itself.
